Consideration for environment plays a significant role in the activities of Hedengren Consumer. Our goal is that environmental issues become a natural part of our everyday work.

We bear responsibility for the welfare of the environment. Our operations are built on strong development principles and we are striving to reduce the load on nature in every possible way. Hedengren Consumer has been participating in the development of the nationwide SER recycling system of scrapped electrical and electronics equipment. The aim is to create a common recycling and reprocessing system for worn out domestic appliances and consumer electronics. Development of the SER system is connected with the EU directive on the producer’s responsibility. According to this directive the recycling responsibility is transferred to the importer and the manufacturer.
